When we stepped inside Janelle and Joe’s baby room were couldn’t stop oohing and ahhing. This was our first time ever in a hippo-themed roomed with the cutest little animals all around! The perfect room and colors for a couple who is waiting for the “is it a girl or a boy?” surprise. Janelle and Joe had fun during the photo session, and fun people should equal fun parents! We loved photographing you two, and can’t wait to see your first little one!
Here’s a session we have forgotten to blog for a long time, but wanted to share :). Andreea and Aaron were one of our bride and grooms back in 2007, and we were excited to be able to photograph their maternity session!
While we were there we also got a few photographs of their cute puppy Kalu (we love dogs!).
I was really honored to be able to photograph a past bride and groom of ours who I’ve developed a friendship with – Sarah & Jacques (you may remember them from the Banff wedding on the blog in previous posts). Now they are expecting a little one! This session was done in Bonnyville with a lot of natural light, but some flash too. We found a rather abandoned farm for the first few, then used a side of a building for the rest. No matter where you take this couple though, they are so cute, so in love, so photogenic and just plain fun to photograph :). Enjoy!
