Erica was at a wedding I photographed in Edmonton, and that is how we connected. I made a trip out to Calgary for Erica and James’ engagement photographs and then later for their wedding day!
Erica & James chose beautiful locations for their whole day! I couldn’t believe how awesome Erica’s brother’s home was for the getting ready photographs (this house actually won an award for it’s design). The church had beautiful architecture, and I loved the brick on the outside… We did photographs in Fish Creek Park (one of my favorite places to photograph in Calgary due to its large diversity… bridges, barns, paths with lamp posts, a river, etc.). The reception was gorgeous, overlooking downtown Calgary, and Erica’s decorations were fantastic… I loved that the overlay had a design to it… and the rafia tied favors looked awesome! The guests were super friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time photographing this wedding! Getting married in Calgary? Sign me up for that! :)
